i think that piano is the most important instrument for most genres, Especially blues.

what does it matter? as long as you can play the blues u should be stoked.....

Voice is the most important instrument in a blues song in my opinion, due to variety.

Then my personal opinion is a chilled electric guitar.

I'm not sure what a chilled guitar is but you are right about the voice.

Hard to explain, like, not some dude shredding it and hammering all the strings at the same time.

I'm talking more along the lines of when the guitarist is chilled/relaxed, and you can tell it through the melody.. just some occasional electric guitar notes thrown in at the right time to keep it cool.

Doesn't need like power chords pissing everyone off for the whole song, just some little notes/riffs occasionally.

You,ve mentioned both guitar, piano & the harmonica.. That's fine by my standards but i do believe the human voice is to be the most powerful instrument for bringin' out the blues.
