Music Videos.Opinions (country, pop, white stripes, Backstreet Boys, quote)

I don't like music videos because most of them have nothing to do with the lyrics in the song. I want a video to have a passion and meaning to it, and sadly, most of them don't. Which leads me to dislike the band. So I don't watch music videos. It's just a publicity stunt anyway.

Most of it is the use of sexual innuendo, to sell the music.

But... Some videos just work so well. Radiohead have done some great videos, and everyone loves the Chili's video to Can't Stop.

I quite like U2's Electrical Storm and Vertigo videos, I like the whole blurry thing.

Pearl Jam's Jeremy was like that. Not by choice though, it made sense before the censorship peoples got to it. Now everyone thinks the kid shot the rest of the class, not himself...

thats one thing i really hate about music videos, when it doesn't have anything to do with the song. but i do love eminem music videos, cause they be funny as hell.
