^you can't change your IP, you can get a proxy and go though there but it seems that every forum on there is locked. hmmm...I really have no idea besides your IP being banned as to why you can't get on there. PM an admin. and see if they can tell you what's up.

I remember changing my ip a lot in computer apps 1 when ever the internet crashed.

^you might of refreshed the proxy but normally you can't change your IP it is dynamic yes but when you get that dynamic IP assigned you also have to keep it as a static until it runs out.

I really want to understand about computers and actually manage to speak like you guys do. Whenever my computer stops working or whatever I go the old fashioned way... unplug it then plug it back in. I am so un-tech it's unbelievable.

I know this has nothing to do with anything, but the way you guys were speaking baffled and amazed me. So I thought I'd have my little say. Carry on.

He's banned for spamming. RAR, try googling anonymizer and proxy mirror. That should get you a good list.

if none of that works, it might be something stupid, like your php handler is redirected or out of date.

or, you might have an old version of something else, I uesd to not be able to use my site from school because their flash was out-of-date.
