It would be art, because it's a painting.

If someone walked into an art museum and took a picture of a painting and called it their own art, it wouldn't be art, whether or not anyone liked it.

Walking down an alley and taking pictures of grafitti is no different from walking into an art museum and taking pictures of paintings.

I took a picture of drawings I did myself. Is it still considered art?

I don't think that the graffiti section is to display decoy's talent rather other people's. I could look at graffiti all damn day, it's something wonderful.

Edit: Yes, Jr. and very good art at that.
