I've had it for sometime now and it blows just as much as the older versions.
WinAmp is far far far superior to Windows Media Player in regards to almost everything. And if W.M.P has something WinAmp doesn't, I'm sure you could find a plug-in for Winamp to make it possible.

Because WinAmp is a generally better program.
Especially next to WMP11 which is so unstable it's laughable. And, there are a lot of "Anti-Windows/Microsoft" people out there...so this is a happy alternative.
