If I got a "warning" every time I insulted someone's work in my critiques over in S&L on MX, according to your standards, I would've been banned for every critique I made. My opinion is subjective as well, and to be stifled for executing my rights (1st amendment) is much more of an injustice than hurting someone's feelings for telling them the truth.
