I was talking about 2 different diseases bought about from smoking. Hence the use of the word 'OR' between them.

Drinking is an entirely different issue.
And you just called it a downer which puts it in the same category as alcohol (depressants)

Well I guess I'll have to take your and rigth-track's word for it as I know next to nada about emphysema except that it can soemtimes be a sign of heart disease or heart failure.

I only mentioned it because of Urban's post. He made is sound as if it were some sorta cancer. . . .

Are you European? Could have sworn you were American, but anyway, that behavior doesn't sound very American-ish.

On another note, I havent had the munchy sensation since I was like 15. Maybe it is just a tolerance thing, but it shouldn't really put you out of your routine or **** up your behavorial or social blah blah blah. People that let that sort of thing happen shouldn't be smoking to begin with. In terms of ambition, nah I don't agree. Looking back on my life...no...I just don't agree.
