weed is pretty much an accepted form of currency in ski towns. not in shops or anything, but just between individuals. need to pitch in for gas money but dont have any change? no problem, just give the driver a bit of weed. no money to pay your flatmates back for the groceries for dinner last night? just hand over a bit of bud and its all square. it's quite amusing really.
