I need to get my attention span back to where it was.

It took me 2 hours to read 30 pages of a book because I kept getting distracted by stuff. Oh and I'd always like to work on listening because I tend to trail off when someone is talking to me =/.

A couple of them know I can speak Mandarin, the rest have no idea. I'm planning on practising with the ones who know and then completely freaking out the others when I've become more fluent. Its awesome, I've improved a lot in the last few months, and its very strange to find a white English guy within the UK who can speak chinese.

Sometime I'll probably get around to learning to read Mandarin too, but I'm not really expecting much success in that as my pretty severe dyslexia tends to slow me down in that respect.

I'd like to worry less. That is a major one.
I'd like to overreact to situations less.
I'd like to be more selfish sometimes and stop helping out everyone else, I am going through the same as them after all.
I'd like to be slightly less outspoken, it can get you into ****.
I'd like to be more of a closed person.
I'd like to make everyone understand what is going on with me without actually having to tell them.
