I am pro-war. It needs to happen every now and then. Think about it, if it wasn't for war, we wouldn't have this free nation of ours, slavery would still exist within our nations borders, and we would have been invaded. I believe war is needed in some cases. Not to take over new land unless the country we invade was an enemy that threatened us and was capable of taking us out. My great grandfather served in WWII and was proud to fight the good fight. He was involved in helping bring down Austria's worst creation........Hitler. And was stationed in Japan for a short time as well.

you can tell me that the nazis wouldnt be in power, can you honestly say that they wouldnt have gotten taken out by another country, and how is it demonstrating my ignorance, the US wouldnt be with out war, war is needed

War has changed in the past 50 or so years and the purpose of them has become more of a grey area. You do realize that young men and innocent people actually die in wars now right??

Why can't yo just face the fact that war will happen until the end days, and you can't stop a war on the 60's style peace crap. Until the end, we will always have enemies looking at taking us down. And all some can do here is sya that war is wrong. Well, no ****, I never said it wasn't I just stated thta it is needed to keep enemies at bay.
