I'm gone a few days and Mike hitch hikes to vermont.

There's a way to directly trace IP numbers, you just have to pay for it a bit. Look it up on google. If the three (or issit two?) front numbers are different from the one he normally uses, then he's most likely telling the truth about being in a different state...
