Have only ever played 8. It was okay, pretty fun when things started to develop. I personally hate the actual stories, and it drags on from what I've seen of 10.

Some people I know say 7 was the best ever. Something about having the best system for strategy or something.

Other then that I try to stay away from them so as not to spend my life addicted to them!

8 sucks hard IMO, maybe you're biased since thats all you played.

8 is probably one of the best ff games. the octopus thing at the end. plus it's more challenging than all the others.

FF8 >>> all other ff games (except 6, 10 and 2)

The battle system for 8 sucked. And the story was a little messed up. Only thing I still play for is Squall and Rinoa.

And, according to the Square Enix site, FFXII has real-time battles and summons, and the graphics look really sweet.

FFX was so easy
though thats the only one ive played
..though they did look like faeries, cept for the giant sword guy.
could have done w/o the long cinematics.

It really was the easiest IMO. At least with IX the final stages with all the damn beasts was a challange.
