It's not slutty at all; in fact, it's my favorite Disney movie. Although I'm beginning to dislike it thanks to the stoner kids who obsess over its supposed drug references.

I was just saying that a woman, or teenager even, dressing up as Alice would be hard to pull off without appearing slutty, due to the association of cosplay with, for the lack of a better word, promiscuity.

mad hatter was mad b/c in old england they would tan furs for hats in mercury, eventually giving the wearer mercury poisoning, making them go mad.

Aww I don't have a problem with you, just don't make complaints against chicks

I adore Alice in Wonderland, so I wanted an outfit as close to the Disney film as possible, and not slutty. I do love the illustrations in the book, but I just prefer the Disney costume.

All thre drug references kinda pissed me off, as I grew up obsessing over Wonderland so it's sort of upsetting.

I can see what you mean about the slutty thing, I have a Courtney Love-ish baby doll dress, and I wore it with white knee high socks (like a little girl, awww) and my mum was a bit scared to let me out due to the little girl fetish some men have.

And that dress is long, not french-maid style
