To RAR, its not so much a time of year thing so much as it is a time of year thing. Allow me to clarify: twice a year? not a problem. No, I'm pretty sure biannual is right. bi meaning two halves and annual meaning one whole. So two halves of one.

Bienniel is every two years.

Yeah, I checked the dictionary, biannual apparenty means both twice a year and every two years....English is such a silly language.
