Their was this little boy that had that exact problem, the cancer made up most of his face. But he lived in an LEDC so their was no way they could afford to remove it. So a bunch of British surgeons flew over there to do it for free, removing the tumour and continuing plastic surgery to reconstuct his face. It was sad coz the kids in his village used to stone him, but he feels much more confident, happy ending and sh!t
