We gave a friend of mine the best present ever:
PictureTrail - Online Photo Sharing, Personal Homepages, Slideshows, Image Hosting

It took us 3 weeks to get all these people to dress up like this, but it worked.

^ We used a crappy one, it did have flash, it just doesn't work properly.
