Handball - Which might be the most intense sport I've ever played
Triathlons - Which are the most fun "sport" I've ever done
I did track in high school, I work at a gym so I lift there and then I play your random pick up sports whenever.

My favorite sport to play is baseball. But thats mostly backyard wiffleball these days. 18 guys is hard to find.

^^ I like to think of a Martial art as something you are doing for your whole body, mind and spirit. You know, that philisophical stuff. If your just aiming to kick someones arse you've left 99% of the iceberg undiscovered.
