although having never witnessed by some drugs, one can OD on hypothetically any substance from asprin to sugar to cocaine. the LD50 in which 50% or more animals die in the concentration usually measured in 'mass of substance/kg bodymass'. there is always some sort of upscaling performed to approximate the human LD50. it is noteworthy that sometimes concentrations would be so high, in which it would be almost impossible to achieve an OD without direct injection of large amounts of fluids intraveniously. so basically yes and no you cant od on pot.

you might wanna check youtube as there are step by step perfect and exact instuctions on how to start, operate, and cultivate your own operations. it deals with soil variations, temperatures, humidities, plant foods, how to deal with scent, etc, etc. there is also books in which go step by step of the process as you reach each step (for you real stoners)

that part about mushrooms being equivalent to poisoning yourself is a myth. and if you are growing you would do best by finding an online forum dedicated to it, they usually have lots of helpful folks.
EDIT: and now that i look a bit back, i find you were already arguing about the shrooms, so whatever. i do love some shrooms tho. i have never grown my own but i want to badly.
