Not neccessarily so. MB freezes a lot on me. Usually when refreshing a page or trying to access a different forum.

As long as I can remember, MB has always been the same with the occasional freezes.
It's actually not as bad as it used to be a couple of years ago.
The whole site would go down for days at a time.
