Pretty fucking great. Got home earlier than ever, the weather's been great, it's hot as hell and there's not so many tourists around yet...we go swimming almost every day...if only I could score some pot...*dreamy*

Hanging out with friends, messing around and getting some laughs.

I don't eat healthy, and I don't excersize much....But i'm still anorexicly thin...So I would assume not.

Gatorade =D

hmm...Tough question. Blindside is pretty cool...No song in particular, but their Silence album is sick.

A good gig, a few beers and a promise when I get home! or just good time spent with my kids (like today).

2.Do you consider yourself healthy?
I drink far too much but I eat quite healthily, drink plenty of water and fruit juice and walk approx 30 miles a week. It's all a question of balance.

3.Last thing you bought?
Lots of clothes for my two kids, a watch for my missus and a couple of DVD's\C.D's.

4.Song you think ever one should hear?
