Her books are awful. I support capitalism though.

Parse the following and then see if you can figure out where I took the illogical leap.

"You know whats good for yourself more than anyone else. Therefor I know whats good for myself more than anyone else. If I am right about myself than I must know better than anyone else in terms of what I should personally do from a moral level. If I know better than my sense of morality must be superior. Since morality can be superior morality must be objective."

This isn't an exact example of Rand's thinking. However, she used that kind of thinking pretty consistantly.

1) What was your most memorable birthday and why?
My most recent (18th). It was just a good day all around, and my group of best friends threw me a party with just the four of us.

2) Name three things you wanted as a child but never got...
- A treehouse.
- For my parents to tell me I was adopted.
- A lifetime supply of jell-o.

3) Have you ever been involved in a traffic accident?
Yes, two 1/2. The first one was five days after I got my license, I t-boned a big white truck. The second, I backed into my friend Jesus on the last day off school in the parking lot. And the other one wasn't really my fault. My dad made me pull this trailer and I ended up jack-knifing it.

4) You can go back in time and prevent a great catastrophe. Which one would you prevent?
I'd save John Lennon.

5) What have you found to be the best way to relieve tension?
Write a poem or song. Or have a smoke.

6) The major newspaper headlines for tomorrow will be about you. What would you want them to say?
Local Teen Proves Heath Ledger's Death a Homocide by the Olsen Twins

To play ice hockey, a trampoline, and a dirtbike.

3) Have you ever been involved in a traffic accident?
Nope. Fender bit the guard rail once before, but no actual traffic accidents.

4) You can go back in time and prevent a great catastrophe. Which one would you prevent?
I would assassinate Christopher Columbus.

5) What have you found to be the best way to relieve tension?
Mastur...music. Listening to music.

That was hilarious. You thought you were to be executed on your 8th birthday...classic.
Only I'm not sure what the "midevil era" is...bad times indeed.

i really did think i was to be executed,....and the king, who i guess was supost to be henery the 8th, was huge,.....just massive,....and in my 8 year old mind really looked like a king,....there were jesters, and you could only go to the bathroom if the king said it was ok,....and if you were in tere too long the winches would come get you and make you sing i'm a little tea pot,......in front of everyone,........

maybe there were other kids there, but i dont remember any,...........i was fascinated, that whole month before i watched robin hood a million times over,......i watched anything i could find that had to do with kings and queens,.........and for a month momma would tell me little things about jousting, and merlin, the sword int he stone, just anything that had to do with that time period,.........but for some reason i was really fascinated with the beheadings,.....i mean in my 8 year old mind i couldnt imagine anyone being beheaded,.....

when all that went down and i flipped out on the king, the winch scooped me up and scoleded him for makein the baby cry,......it took about 30 mins to calm me down and he ended up knightin me with his hand,.......but momma said you could see the shock on his face,.....i obviously was the first kid that thought she was gonna be beheaded,.......

anyway,.....

1) What was your most memorable birthday and why?
None of them were that memorable.

2) Name three things you wanted as a child but never got...
A treehouse ( I still want one.)
A little sister (but now glad I didn't get one of those!)
Music lessons (in anything)

3) Have you ever been involved in a traffic accident?
LOL...um, yeah. One time, this illegal Mexican ran into the back of my car at a stop sign, and when I pulled over to check the damage, he went right on through the stop sign. Well, I'd already been involved in 2 hit-and-runs before then, so I got back in my car and chased the guy back to his apartment complex (in the ghetto), where I proceeded to park next to him and get out of my car and start screaming at him. Vato couldn't even understand what I was saying, but he sure did look scared. My husband, father-in-law, and a cop all showed up (my husband had called the cop), and when they got there and realized that nothing was really wrong with my car, AND that I'd put myself in a position to be raped and murdered, they were not too happy with me.
And the moral of the story is...Don't let your anger get the best of you, kids...

4) You can go back in time and prevent a great catastrophe. Which one would you prevent?
I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable changing the past, but if I had to pick one thing, it'd be the Holocaust.

5) What have you found to be the best way to relieve tension?
Listening to metal while running like a mad woman on the treadmill at the gym.

6) The major newspaper headlines for tomorrow will be about you. What would you want them to say?
I can't think of anything. I'm at work now, so my creativity has been temporarily stunted.
