Find a date that your friend has to do something on, and ask if he and his sister want to go to a movie with you, just a group thing. When your friend says he has something to do nonchalantly comment that the sister probably doesn't want to go with you alone.

then kick some guys a'ss right in front of her.........
then ride off on your Harley.......
if she shows interest, then
show her you're a real man,
take her out hunting,
and kill something,
a deer, a squirrel, a rabbit,
then drink a beer, and smash the can over your forehead,
chiks seems to like that sort of thing

i agree but while you are doing it stare at her like your picture, and make sure to only shake once because anymore would be playing with yourself, and that would make that situation weird.

On a more serious note, i would talk to your friend first because to be honest, their is a reason that you are his friend, he likes you and thinks your cool. IMO i would much rather have my sister dating a guy i know and like, but at the end of the day honesty is the best thing tell her how you feel, dont keep it in.
