find out about a party and get invited...have your own if you must.
ask her to go. when you find her there, flirt outrageously with her and make your move. if there's alcohol involved things will be much easier. tried and tested. |

I don't know why you're making a deal of it being your friends sister.
That should work it your favour , not against it. If I was the friend I'd be happy for one of my friends to date my sister. Because I know if he messes her around I know exactly where he lives.

just be nice to her, hangout with her do what she wants to do, but dont like let her consume your life. just talk to her i geuss is the best help i can give here
if you get choked up just try and think of something else something you enjoy alot( NOT SEX THIS WILL PROBALLY CHOKE YOU UP MORE) just brighten your preoccupy yourmind a bit oo and about the brother get him drunk if hes a nice drunk and calmly say that you really like her not you want his permission not that you wanna date just that you care for her
