Having two sisters helped me to develop ninja type defence moves, so much so, I have it down to a fine art.
If anyone so much as lifts a leg in my presense, it's second nature for my hips to swivel and for my hands to lower covering my nether regions.
I reckon I've got a move for every testicle attack known to man.

The worst kind of ball pain is caused by slipping off a bike saddle.
It begins in the balls and spreads agonisingly to the anus...sheer torture.

I tore my frenulum once that ladies and gentleman IS pain. Still nothing compared to childbirth though I don't doubt.
