Actually, the pain is kind of sharp in the kidney area. Its comparable to having your kidney stabbed (odd that I'd know how that feels) but not quite as bad.

A really hard one can hurt for an entire day. I get punched/kicked in the balls 3, 4 times a week. It's mainly other guys being douchebags. I get hit by girl maybe once every couple of weeks.
