Could you catch STDs from your dog?

Yeah, I have a pet dog and he's always licking himself and all that, as dogs do and he's still got his balls. To cut a long story short, I sleep in the nude (more comfortable, y'know) and my mom left the kitchen door open, he got out and I woke up with him humping me. I don't think he actually got inside or anything, but I wanna know if it's possible if he had any STDs that I could of caught them, I mean, he does lick his butt hole then his ****... if anyone has any experience (like a vet or something) please post.

Considering dogs mouthes are much cleaner than ours I'd say its a safe bet licking himself allowed him to transmit a sexual disease to himself and carry it onto you.
