3/5... I have decent stamina with my squat thrusts and I usually get em directly in, but have been known to slip and miss my target on occasion.

OOOPS

drinking a crap load of water right now... but when I do the tea thang, I go with a nice earl grey (rated at about a 3.5/5) or a standard lipton w/honey (4/5). I also dig a cup of smooth licorice tea (3/5) as well chamomile tea (4/5).
