Ohhh, im not a fan of the light whatsoever, but i love the light. The watered down piss has grown on me from my younger beer pong years. I buy a 30 rack of it still about once a month, it makes my fridge look nice.

just easier to pound. nobody really 'likes' light beer, it's just much easier to get drunk from it. it's really hard getting drunk off heavier beers, especially since they rarely exceed 5% alcohol over here.
