Blue eye shadow is good if done correctly, like, don't over-do it. Don't wear red lips with it though

A light cream color applied all over the lid..then a sweep of baby blue..then in the crease and smudged around the eye a dark navy...long black lashes..and yes Mama..a gloss...sheer..or slight pink.
