Amazon: the Universal Translator is not working!

As I search for something online I come across some really poor translations of reviews in other languages. Some are quite funny, some are just incomprehensible and make you wonder what dictionary/program they're using to translate? Here's one that was in Spanish originally:

The sound and functionality it has are really good to be this type of device. I expected a sound cacharrero feriante style but for my blush and surprise he has done without regret and with tempera his need.

This one isn't so much funny as weird. Did he get his review of this CD player mixed up with the review he meant to post of the Vibrato Mark IV Super Dildo or something???

The product is very complete, no problems. What I did not like that it was delivered to me without packaging to cover the contents of the original packaging. That you could see what it was.

And what about this one?

He satisfied me enormously, I'll give him a 10. First I ordered another from another brand and had to return it, it had nothing to do with this one. I already have other items of this brand and have always been satisfied. I recommend it.
