Good job you're off to Scotland then, eh? Where all you can find to eat and drink is either found inside of a dead animal, swimming in grease, or is Irn Bru.

i like haggis

then again, as a Chinese Malaysian, I've already eaten the entirety of a pig and a cow, except for the genitals, toes, bones and leather

Haggis and blood pudding is slightly different but similar. I can't stand blood pudding so I will NOT be attempting Haggis.

No thank you

We frown upon sending biological weapons through the mail here in America.

So apparently there is a huge demand for Australian teachers in the UK (no idea why) so I got approved to participate in a program where I get to teach Grade 1 in London for 12 months! I'm super excited, another teacher from my school has done it before and she loved it.

But, what do I need to know about living in London for 12 months? Help.

I've heard it's much more expensive to live than over here Eeeep. Thankfully my pay check won't be that bad. But they've warned me that food and other necessities aren't cheap! Gah!

Yeah, I don't know how much it costs to accomodate yourself there to be honest, and whether it evens out in any way, but food and drink etc can be pretty expensive.

I guess you just need to know which places are cheaper and which are more expensive.
