It wasn't a confession, just that I think cheeses are important and interesting.

It would be difficult to find that in this country at least for a reasonable price but I will keep an eye out. Wanted to try it for a while.

Do you all agree that "American Cheese" isn't really cheese, and is basically useless beyond burgers?

American cheese is best used as a fire retardant. Get it? Because Americans are stupid.

Heard this. From English people who have visited and lived in the US. Was one of the things they missed.

Only had the candlewax though.

But the candlewax here is still half decent, has no place on a cheese board with the Wensleydale and Stilton but is not that bad.

This is exactly why all of my exes absolutely dreaded passing the cheese section with me at the grocery store. I must pick up all the cheeses and discuss all of the cheeses and muse aloud about ideal cheese combinations for various things I want to cook, (like obscenely decadent gruyere grilled cheeses) and then hem and haw over my final cheese selections for an additional 15 minutes, etc etc

People that are put off by blue cheese are strange to me.

People that enjoy goat's cheese are also strange to me.

We should have a cheese thread.

No idea why it's awesome on burgers and absolute garbage on anything else. Other fastfood sandwiches also count I suppose.

Honestly I'd just keep pushing the cart, snap my fingers at you to hurry up, and leave you behind without slowing down.
