Its a good rule of thumb that everybody "should" be able to bench press there own weight at least once.

If the kid wants to beat you up, he's going to beat you up. Since you're getting beaten up anyway you may as well fight back. What's the worst that's going to happen? He beats you up some more? Hurt him once and he'll think twice about beating you up again.
What the others have said about confidence and persona is true, but its a little too late for that now. You don't have to lift weights or anything like that, just try to hurt him, and really mean it. Kick him in the bollox and poke him in they eyes if you have to, just make him realise you're willing to stick up for yourself. You'll gain a huge amount of confidence too, which should stop anybody else from picking on you as well. Dave |
