Default Working with a band on tour
How do people even get these jobs, when there not advertised I know some people started off with the band but there are loads of people coming in and out of the band.

Ie Tour manager sound engineer etc., where do they get these people from.

Some of them are lucky yes, but a lot of them know how to get these jobs because once one band finishes they find a new famous band like magic.

How did they get there in first place?
How do they hear about the jobs?
