Does anybody here think it's possible for a no name rapper to get 32K plays on soundcloud in a week off of pure marketing or do you think they would be buying fake plays?

Prolly fake. Ive seen those kinds of services advertised, just like streamers having fake viewers to put them higher on lists.

Fake plays or having the luck to be featured somewhere - say by a successful youtube channel through a friendship or something.

Don't think you can make it happen legitemately without a good deal of blind luck.
