So iv'e had the idea for a long time for a thread that exposes the differences between UK English and Americanese. In most cases you Brits make more sense in your choice of slang, but lets see just how completely we differ in the way we speak, and maybe also some other cultural differences for good measure, and just as a supplemental -Iv'e asked this question before and still haven't gotten a satisfactory answer, What, exactly, is a chav?

oh yeah that's a damn good question... I'm always hearing this stuff about Punks and Chavs fighting and other such things i dont understand....
