The official "I hate official threads" thread

don't you hate when people are like "The official so-and so thread"... It's so useless, what gives you the great power to make a thread so official?

tdoc210 08-25-2005 08:29 PM

PhishFood 08-25-2005 08:43 PM

Dude its cause its better having one thread to dicuss a band then millions on them. There was at least 8 green day threads and more kept coming so why not just make one big one?i would save alot of room.

PhishFood 08-25-2005 09:09 PM

but the "officail" ones never last anyway... and more official ones start coming and so on and so on...

Zygomycota 08-25-2005 09:50 PM

James, it's just the natural way of the food chain's circle of life...silly.

Well, I remember a time, when there were people posting the same threads over and over again. Anyone remember that moron Pit-Bull84? He kept posting anti-band threads. And it was for the same thing "nu-metal". I hate Slipknot, System, Disturbed, and so on. It go boring real fast. He actually thought "Godsmack" was a talented band. :D There goes his street cred as they say.

Don't you all agree that "official" sounds white-bread and overblown?
