Actually, come to think of it, that show True Life (think thats what its called) can be very interesting and informative sometimes. It depends what the episode is about.

I think the worst of the worst would have to be:
The Biggest Loser (fitting title though)
The Hills (A new low in the Paris Hiltonization of todays youth)
Desperate Housewives (completely vapid)

but the absolute worst offenders would have to be:
Entertainment Tonight and any of the other papparazzo shows, I seriously can't wait until 14 years from now I'll get to watch Anna Nicole Smith's daughter lose her virginity in an ET exclusive. It makes me fucking sick

I really want to like Ashes To Ashes but Keely Hawes character just irritates me.

They should have just made a show about Gene Hunt without all the time travel stuff in it.
