It's one of the few films that's made my dad cry with laughter. I'd sooner have had a Big Lebowski 2 than the last 3 Coen films...

safe. It's the legacy of the Dude aswell... I watched this film quite alot when I first got into weed (have since quit), you're young, impressionable, and it gets you into Captain Beefheart and Bob Dylan. What more d'you want?
So many of the little touches in the brilliantly-acted script have just been absorbed into public consciousness. Great.

Anybody has any videos to post before this thread disappears into obscurity please do... the Dude must be remembered!
