If you consider that ramblings then you're probably just one of those autistic kids who can't relate to people. That's why you can't get immersed into games and need real people to take the place of NPCs.

So, coming back to video games, not whatever type of dick measuring contest this was...
Anyone here playing subnautica ? I'm stuck.
I built a base, explored 2 islands, can get down safely to 500m in my Seamoth, can't for the life of me find the remaining missing blueprints to construct other vehicles.. I also have 2 kinds of tablets.
Up until recently I kept getting these distress calls and whatnot every once in a while, that gave me some purpose to explore the planet, but they stopped. And while it is fun just swimming around, gathering resources, adding new structures to your underwater base and hoping to find a wreck I have not yet explored, with possibly new blueprints inside .. it's getting a bit boring, without a purpose.

Nah, I got bored of Call of Duty multiplayer long before my skills starting going down. I just don't need cheap validation from beating other people. I actually enjoy playing games on their own merits.
