The IT guy at my college used to love his Achmed vids (did he do anything else?), would see him laughing at them pretty much every day for a few months. I think I smirked a few times when I first watched them.

I get so much second-hand embarrassment watching stand-up that most of them are just unwatchable for me. But I watched Maria Bamford's netflix special recently and it was just... the most delightful, bizarre spectacle imaginable. It was filmed in her house with her parents as the only audience which only made it better.

two new Dave Chapelle specials on Netflix. just finishing the first one now, pretty good but definitely not his best. just glad to see him back honestly.

gonna watch the 2nd one later today.
