True blood. Even though the later seasons got way out there im not down with the post apoc zombie hype train.

Truth be told, I kind of enjoyed True Blood more, but I did stop after (I think) the 3rd season. The Walking Dead is done a whole lot better, but if you don't have investment in the characters, it's boring and repetitive as fuck. That's why I was excited when Fear the Walking Dead was announced, though it ended up in zombie land too quickly. So this is kind of a toss-up for me. I'm gonna go with True Blood because it wasn't as boring or gory. I can't believe I just voted for True Blood.

This. As true blood went on they definitely stretched a little too hard with the plot but it was still an exciting show. I got bored with the walking dead fast and haven't bothered with the past few seasons.

True blood also has one of the best show openers of all time.
