Few of my personal suggestions (sorry you may have some of these countries)

Mihai Edrisch - french screamo

Hangin' Out- belgium, melodic hardcore. Think like old Rise Against stuff.

Brain Failure - the Chinese Rancid. These guys play punk and ska its pretty fun.

Millencolin - swedish melodic punk

SS-Kaliert - German chaos punk band

If I've heard a generic screamo band it's them. Which is fine if you're a diehard screamo fan but they're pretty boring. I find their offspring notable though. The Bitmap Workshop
