No problem. I listen to plenty of genres as well, so it's fun to see what someone else thinks of albums I enjoy seeing as to how none of my friends would ever even consider listening to anything I like.

BONOBO-DAYS TO COME

This I like a lot. To some it may be bland and the equivalent of aural wallpaper, but to me the lazy electronic jazzy beats and vocal work are instantly likeable. Imagine a more upbeat Zero 7.

NEXT: ACID ROCK

St.John Green-S/T

I really really wanted this album to add to a personal lost gems list, alas it did'nt quite make it. There a couple of great rock tunes on here but it is badly dated. Although by no means musically comparable, The Doors, 13th Floor Elevators, even Hawkwind a few years later are doing the same thing with more accomplishment. This is by no means a bad album at all, but the constant spoken interludes and references makes me think that it would have sounded awesome in 1968 amid free love and LSD, however today; whether that's commercialism for you, I have found other bands that fill the criteria adequately.

NEXT:
Aggrotech sounds the most enticing genre fix . Afro beat I am familiar with (and love ) and many others sound derivative.

I know absolutely zero about aggrotech , in fact this post is the first i've ever heard of it.

However I have just discovered an aggrotech band from Norway called 'What the Fuck Is Wrong with You People?' so I suggest them on the name alone.
