Everyone Does Everything.

Weird I unzipped it again and it showed up and it wasn't sitting in my recycling bin like I had originally accidentally deleted. Anyway I should definitely listen to them they're a band I hear about constantly but never really ever get to listening to. An album I should check out?

i really like their debut s/t since it's got more of a post-punk edge though the real ramona is considered their classic
----------------- if any of these playlists introduce people to like one or two bands they end up liking i'd consider it a success. --------------------- oh, and how can you not like the dead kennedys? that's just wacky.

This might be inappropriate but do you
think you could do a zappa playlist? If you have any free time that is. I've been meaning to get into him, and since his discography is extensive and all.... I'd appreciate if you would consider, or if not perhaps give me some recommendations on what to start with. |

Frank Zappa Comp
1. Camarillo Brillo Absolutely timeless and trademark Zappa 2. Titties and Beer Really funny sketch/song between Zappa and the Devil... keep in mind that the Devil is also doubling as drummer during this whole exchange 3. Bobby Brown Goes Down Pinnacle of Zappa's humor over music phase 4. You Are What You Is Upbeat and funny, has a great music video of Ronald Reagan being strapped to the electric chair 5. We Are Not Alone Short really catchy jazz piece 6. Oh No Zappa pwns hippies 7. Hungry Freaks, Daddy Zappa pwns America 8. Absolutely Free Zappa pwns hippies again 9. Son of Suzy Cream Cheese typically singing the same notes as are being played by an instrument is frowned upon, but it works so well here 10. I'm Not Satisfied Best doo-wop song I've ever heard 11. Help I'm A Rock Zappa goes psychedelic, brilliant things happen 12. Po-Jama People More brilliant satire in Zappa's effortless timeless rock style 13. Plastic People Same as above, though more absurd 14. Montana movin' to montana soon gonna be a dental floss tycoon! 15. Hotplate Heaven at the Green Hotel Zappa tears through politics at breakneck speed 16. Joe's Garage more funnny stuff 17. Cletus Awreetus-Awrightous More classy fusion 18. Peaches en Regalia and more classic fusion 19. It Just Might Be a One-Shot Deal zappa: "oh, did i mention i mastered country and western?" 20. G-Spot Tornado Greatest closing song ever, only one of his classical compositions included here but rather representative link:Send big files the easy way. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!

I'll get listening to it now <333 The son of Suzy cream cheese lives 3 doors down from me >_> edit: **** he's good, Camarillo Brillo is soothing. Nice diverse selection for the mix btw. Last edited by pheurton : 03-05-2008 at 04:50 PM. |
