I hope all's going well with you and your girl. I can imagine that anyone with as much inside as you have would gravitate toward someone who is equally complex.

Slappy, I think the most important issue is if you (1) love each other, (B) listen to each other's concerns, and (Cactus) try as best you can to help each other appreciate the forest each of you is, and not just focus on some of the trees. You each must have a lot of woodland to explore together and sometimes you may feel lost, but as long as you are in it together, I feel you'll both continue to feel more at home in that place, and feel your understanding of each other and yourself grow along with your love.

Maybe just holding hands when you feel divided from each other would help, something simple and romantic to calm you both down?

Making funny sounds together may also do the trick during tense moments.
