Running around music.... (show, song, Trumpet)

It has been bothering me for a long time now, what is that song you play when people are all running around, and most of the time chasing eachother in circles, its all just like a weird trumpet instrument or something like that. And if you don't have a clue what song im talking about you will probably just look at this and wonder what the f&*k im smoking.....then you will ask me for some...then we will both wonder what song this is....back to the point, this is a song that has been bothering me for no reason at all but i need to know the name haha.

I think you're looking for "Yakety Sax" by Boots Randolph. It was used on The Benny Hill Show and is on Family Guy sometimes.
