Possible Dance Tune with 'Steel Drums' in it?? (titles, artists)

Hi,

I'm looking for a song which probably dates from between 1994-1997. It sounds a little like something by 'Enigma' but it has a 90's dance beat. It has a vocal, probably 'Hey Mama - Heyyeyyy', sung by about three or four women (possibly black), or maybe even more, like a choir. Then it has a very, very catchy piano tune, and then followed by a suprisingly well-recognised 'stabbing', or intermittent tune made by steel drums (shown below).

Anyone who maybe just even has a vague idea of what this could piece of music could be, please help me by posting possible song titles and artists.
