Angry headache, late 80's early 90's tune

there was a song that was released and in the title which was in brakets was (free at last). in the song itself was martin luther king saying free at last. which went something like, "free free free free free free free free free free at last free, free at last. some of the words sung by the female artist sounded similar too source feat candy staton 'you got the love' and as far as i can remember (which is starting too fade due to age) some of the words sound like "sometimes i feel like throwing my hand sup in the air cause i know someday we'll all be free" and there is also something like "movin on up, your movin on out, movin on up.etc etc. (I do know that it is not m people)

any help will be recieved with thanks.

I think the song is "Free At Last" by Simon. Not too sure though, but worth a look.
