Unhappy A cover

Hey guys I downloaded a live cover of the Leonard Cohen song "Famous Blue Raincoat" a while back, it said it was by Hawksley Workman, but it obviously isn't. It's a man singing, and he has a particularly deep voice. He starts off by saying "this is a song by one of my all time favourite people in music, it's a Leonard Cohen song, so I hope you enjoy it." There is just a piano and the man singing. I know that a lot of people have covered this song, but if anyone knows who sang this cover I would be forever in debt.

Thanks!

Have you tried John Bergeron? He's kinda got a kinda deep voice and was apparently a big Leonard Cohen fan. His whole album 'In the House of Mystery' is all Cohen covers, including "Famous Blue Raincoat". I've only heard the album version of "FBR" (which consists of an additional female vocal with piano and a guitar), but he apparently did an unplugged (live) version of this album. Check out a sound sample from the studio album to see if it sounds like him (you can find a two-minute sample at the Tower Records website by doing an album search for 'In the House of Mystery'). If it's not him, sorry.
